"Probably if this one was to make an ikebana it would probably wind up like a bundle of flowers rather than a beautiful decoration." The girl laughed. "The best arrangements are produced by nature anyway. The spirits of the garden do a lot of hard work to ensure their beauty undoubtedly."

"You get more of the lovely earthy colors when you visit the flowers in their home. Some you just don't get to enjoy much in an arrangement of cut flowers that emphasize brighter pastels." He looks into her eyes. "Like gentle browns."

"Not at all. One simply needs to go where you exist naturally, and they get to truly enjoy your presence. It just happens to be that you bloom in the temple rather than the garden," he says with a smile. "And I have a deep love for temples, if I'm being honest."
