[D3, LA](Soyokaze's Forge) Forging Bonds [Open]

[Asahina Soyokaze]

Location Description: Inside a small stall at the far end of the artisan's market lives Soyokaze's temporary forge. A pair of cushions sit upon a single tatami mat just inside the stall's curtains, a small table for taking tea sits to one side. A waist high shelf covered in tool serves as a devider between the "reception area" and the heart of the forge. A number of unfinished pieces of varying quality sit about the space, while others are obscured by silk covers. A peg on one of the support beams holds Soyokaze's kimono when he is working.

Soyokaze was beaming, his current piece was nearly finished and he knew it was some of his best work to date, all that remained was the little links of chain that would connect the two pieces. He started to think about what he would do next, there were so many things he wanted to make while he was away from home.

"Hameko-san, I think tomorrow we begin the sword, be sure to get some rest this evening. Once we have presented the piece to Raizo you are free to attend your own business as you wish."

He had not expected to have his services employed so quickly nor so completely, assuming that one or two of the bushi attending the Miai could ask him the sharpen their blades but nothing more. He wondered what other gifts he might be asked to create, he wondered what gifts he may make for him to give.
