"Well. Seppun Hill, of course. Where the Kami arrived to Rokugan." He says and looks around, "The Minor Clan embassies, too. There's much to learn from those two landmarks and their closeness is a good sign. Great or minor we are all servants of the Child of Heavens."

"Well, minor, great or Imperial houses," Murato says with a nod. "But I'll make sure to put those at the top of my list of places to visit. If the Deer embassy is anything like their home here, it would definitely be worth visiting. They've done a great service to my family with my parents and I suspect we will be blessed with the same good fortune Seppun-sama."

"I see," he said with a nod. "Then it must be quite an eclectic and varied experience, with so many traditions and lifestyles in one compound. One day spent there is likely to provide more sights than one might get in the other districts. You are blessed to be able to live so near it."

"Well, I confess I haven't learned much yet. I was nearly sent here a week after I was given the assignment." He mentions, putting the cup back, "I've been living at the Seppun Guest Home Dojo for about ten years, training as Palace Guard."

He nods at that. "So, they wanted to make sure you had a wife as soon as possible after the appointment then? Well, I suppose that having the opportunity to take part in a miai gives a bit more freedom in making the choice than relying on nakado and favor trading. Or would you have preferred the more frequent method?" Some people did like leaving the choice to others after all.

Yuzu raises a fearful eyebrow at that and then nods, "I would definitely not. We are indeed fortunate."

He nods in agreement. "Indeed. Though some out there prefer to leave such decisions to others. Doesn't sound too ideal to me though."

"These Otters would get too powerful. Definitely doesn't sound ideal." He adds with a serious expression and squinting eyes.
