[D7, ME, closed] Different kind of play

[Matsu Ishioka]

Ishioka caught her hand and turned her to face him instead of the room. "I do not think you're too boney, anywhere," he says with confidence. "I suppose I could check again," he says in a breathy whisper, letting the tip of his index finger rest on her bottom lip. "If you want me to be sure." His eyes spark a little more now, the beginnings of what might become a great fire, but she's the light much stronger in him and knows this is just play for now.

She smiles, coming closer to the big Matsu. "Well, we wouldn't want there to be more than one sharp thing between the two of us, I suppose. Or at least, one...pokey thing." She raises her arms, clearly intending on wrapping them around the Matsu's neck if he comes closer. "So I suppose you'd best come check, Ishi-san. Wouldn't want to be surprised later."

As she says that last, there's a very small flash of concern in her eyes. She knows what she's done. If he checks, odds are, he will too. And after the look he gave her when he saw her hands, she thinks he'll be pleased, but that not knowing, it's a risk.

The Lion leans forward almost without thinking, that inexplicable force that comes from Inoshishi drawing him in as surely as a beautiful flower draws in a bee. His arms come together behind her lower back, holding her gently but with strength she can feel.

He notices the little blink of uncertainty that crosses her face, but in this moment doesn't think much of it. Not with her lips so close again, and the feeling of that warm press against the front of his body. He leans in farther, stealing a longer kiss this time. When he drifts back, just far enough they can both breath and speak to each other, he has a bit more trouble finding words than he expects. With an effort, he whispers, "I don't think you're ever going to stop surprising me."

As he leans in to kiss her, her arms loop behind his head. As the kiss lasts, she raises her hands to the top of his head, running her fingers in his hair. She's totally relaxed in his grip. He could sweep her off her feet, bring her to the ground or anything else his physique could tolerate. There's obviously no resistant.

As he leans out, her lips follow briefly. After his whisper, for once, she doesn't respond. She looks up at him, eyes gittering, and nips his lower lip before rubbing her left cheek against his right cheek, keeping eye contact as long as possible. As her mouth nears his ear, she whispers "One tries, my lord."

He exhales raggedly as he hears and feels that whisper. Ishioka is patient, incredibly patient for a Matsu, but if she catches his eyes she can see there's growing fire there. He can feel her effect on him throughout his body, and his next exhale is less ragged, but it's deep and sounds faintly of a growl.

With her face beside his, the sensitive skin of her neck is exposed right before him. She can feel his head tip forward slowly, his breath rolling over the skin of her neck and as far toward her shoulder as her clothing permits. A second breath is felt and then, when the next breath to support his racing heart should come, he kisses her neck once, twice, three times.

Inoshishi presses her neck to those burning lips, her arms tightening on the Matsu’s head as she revels in the sensation of his lips and breath on her skin. She moans slightly, her breath hot on the Matsu’s ear, more an exhale with a feeling of happiness than anything else. She kisses his ear, starting with the lobe and working up the curve, her nose in his hair inhaling deeply of his scent, giving herself over to the moment and the fire burning within her.

As he kisses down her neck and onto her kimono, she fairly growls with annoyance as she can’t feel those beloved lips tracing fire on her skin. Without thinking, she shrugs out of the kimono, baring her pale shoulder for more kisses, her hesitancy forgotten in the moment. Below her pale shoulder, her under-kimono is wrapped, as is proper. However, where the juban would normally be white, hers is clearly not, even in this low-ish light. Instead, it appears to be a mottled coloration of yellows, pale golds, and browns, like her hands.

As the mottled but still clearly Lion colors come into view, Ishioka's eyes lock on the garment, and he hesitates. Colors that should evoke the honorable Lion Clan, a voice says in his mind. Various thoughts compete for enough oxygen to be voiced. In a swirl of Matsu fire, logical earth and peacemaking water, it's not immediately clear what the man will do. In the eyes that the Dragon may not see, some of the fire seems dampened, though not extinguished.

"Ino-chan," he says quietly, still giving the faintest shudder at her closeness. "You have done too much," he manages to say, his arms loosening but not fully releasing her.

"You have done too much,"

She sighs, quietly and almost too little to be heard. Unfortunately, she's directly against Ishioka's ear, so unless he believes a windstorm happened to start directly between his ear and Inoshishi, he definitely heard the bit of frustration and slight sadness that go with it.

"I very often do. I wasn't certain you'd heard me in the woods. Should we sit while I explain? Or would me asking if I'm your Lioness jog enough of your stubborn memory that my back won't cramp while I explain?"

She manages to moderate her pitch mostly fairly well. The only words that sound off are the first 'do' and 'back', the first of which is too quiet, the second of which is too loud. There's no anger in her voice, at all. Just a slight tiredness and a bit of sadness, though the sadness seems more internally directed. As always, she is sincere. Also as always, she sounds more than prepared to do as Ishioka wishes.

The levelness of Inoshishi's voice, what sounded like reason guiding her, made Ishioka more comfortable, although he didn't immediately answer her question. His face turns thoughtful as his brain works harder to figure out what he thinks. He lets the Agasha slip to a more comfortable position, but he still keeps his hands around her waist, seeming slightly like a child who won't release a favored toy.

He looks down into Inoshishi's eyes, glances over at her bare shoulder again, and then back. "I, um... I heard you," he says slowly, "but I didn't... didn't think..." She can still see affection in his eyes, no sadness, but there's anxiety too.

She let's herself sag against his arms, easily able to slide to a kneeling position, if he wishes, or content to dangle, doll-like. She looks back...not quite passively, but with no indications of any of her previous concerns with him and whether there was room for her in his life. She's still not proud of what she's done. She knows it happened in virtually the dead of night and that the story would shame most of the samurai here. But she seems unperturbed by that.

She raises a hand as he speaks, stroking his face gently.

"I say a lot, and most don't listen to all of it. I know you do. I also know you're surrounded by lies built on lies built on lies. How could it be otherwise, off the Mountain? I don't lie. Not to you, not to anyone. I...I guess I don't see the point. If you don't lie, people get mad at you for telling the truth. If you lie, people get mad at you for not being good at lying and also for lying. So I didn't bother learning.

Even if you won't hold me to everything I say, I will. And while this was...perhaps hastily done. And maybe ill-considered, and certainly impetuous, it was done so that I will always know that I'm yours and was yours first." She coughs a little, sighing and glaring, somehow at herself. "In the ways that matter to me, you are my first. In the way that you...low landers...see things, that is not true." Her eyes shy away from his, not quite ashamed, but not...not ashamed.
