Ishi has no (stated) personal agenda and I think it's working out great. He's pumping a couple of the others on the board at times that it makes sense with what he's saying anyway, but I don't feel bad only making 1-2 agenda rolls per day.

I think D6 was the first one I actively tried to do some pushing... and I definitely don't plan on doing that often :p
