[Kitsu Murato]

"I am happy to oblige," he replies, before beginning to hum quietly, his chest very softly reverberating with the sound as he formed some thoughts.

Then he gently cut off before speaking.

"Petals falling in
wind, the breeze carries with it
blossoming laughter."

As he speaks the words he uses his offhand to tap on individual sakura blossom images on her kimono.

[Kaito Oubaihime]

The Kaito was quiet as she listened to the Kitsu poem. "Lovely Mura kun." She smiled. "Would you indulge this one... you wanted to us to... etooo... play and I... I... would sing."

[Kitsu Murato]

"I absolutely would be happy to," he says with a nod. He gauges the distance to his Shamisen and sees that he doesn't have to move too much to reach it. He separates his hand from hers then lays backwards and puts a hand over his head to reach as far as he can in the right direction, pinching the neck between two fingers so he can drag it closer. With it in his grasp finally, he sits back up, and sets it in his lap. Unfortunately it was not an instrument conducive to being in contact with someone while playing though, so he readjusts so they can share eye contact instead.

He strums a few notes just to get his positioning set. "I will follow your lead. Light my way, radiant Bai-chan," he says with a warm smile.

[Kaito Oubaihime]

The Kaito cleared her throat. She started to sing trying to follow the Kitsu's playing. It wasn't quite what she was expecting yet the woman smiled hopefully aiding the Kitsu to relieve some of his stress.

[Kitsu Murato]

Murato smiled and wonder if she was maybe feeling a bit like he was. When she finished, he let the last strum reverberated for a moment.

He set his shamisen on his lap and reached out to take her hand, pulling it to his lips. "I want to play with you more Bai-chan. I think that probably we need to practice together... and I know at least I need to stop feeling nervous performing for you. I think that anything we do together will likely produce something beautiful," he said, playing with one of the braided strands that hangs from her bracelet.

[Kaito Oubaihime]

"Huh?" The girl blushed. "Ah... hai... neh... Mura kun... has Matsu spoken with you since last evening?"

[Kitsu Murato]

"We haven't spoken," he says shaking his head, setting aside the shamisen. "But he did send me an interesting note," he says with a smirk.

He moves close to Oubaihime once again, sitting next to her and wrapping an arm around her side. "What did it say again? There was something about you in it I think."

[Kaito Oubaihime]

"Etoo... anoo... then hav...have you responded?" She was somewhat nervous.

[Kitsu Murato]

"I figured I would tell you, since I knew you would be here," he says with a smile. "And I would love to join you."

He kisses the top of her head.

"I would never turn down the chance to spend time with you Bai-chan."

[Kaito Oubaihime]

"Yokatta!" Oubaihime gave a slight jump hitting his nose while he kissed her on the head.
