The full faced oni mask continued its relentless and emotionless stare down at the Kaito. Silence lingered in the air for several long moments before she spoke.

"I have seen several rather emotive samurai here. Most actually seem to ignore their On entirely so you are incorrect on that matter. "I am yet to see people here to be dishonored by lack of etiquette. Then again..." The Kaito looked at the broom in her hands. "It is part of breaking, not deceit. They are tactics Scorpion sama. To lure a prey just to catch it. That is what I meant." Oubaihime looked up to the Scorpion woman and tilted her head quizzically. "What makes you human?" It wasn't a rhetorical question.

"I'm not interested in dealing with a stereotypical monk. If this is what this conversation is devolving into I will take my leave."

"Just think about it and let me know when you find the answer to my question." She nodded. "What makes you human? Think about it and meditate your answer." The Kaito smiled once again.

Being a woman of her word Luixian bowed. "Enjoy your afternoon." With no intention of ever thinking on that question she turned and began her way further into the inn.

It was saddening that the Bayushi wouldn't contemplate the question. Perhaps she is an oni in the body of a Ningen. She walked over to Renjiro and smiled. "I guess she is a rock that she can't swim." She scratched the kitty's head.
