it doesn't take much for a stare down to happen.
Maybe they both chase the same intended. Maybe they bump into each other and the wrong one of them apologizes, setting off a demand for propriety that ends in a stare down. Maybe they both just like gazing into another person's eyes to force them to look away.

As a rule, I try to joke. I know most of my jokes are bad. They are meant in jest, even so. That said, I know I sometimes...get carried away and that jokes sometimes land...badly. If I throw one that does, please let me know; I will apologize and work to avoid that joke / jokes close to it with you.

Also, Nesshin is an irrepressible flirt. That's IC. If I get carried away with that, too, please just nudge me; I'll work to amend.
