Koi practically in the most respectful way and Samurai like that she could moved to be in front of her cousin. "Fu-chan?" She said worriedly, kneeling down. "Are the wind kami cutting your breathing? Do you need help?"

"Ah, nee-sama. I... I just need to take a break, I think." She looked to the side, to a beautiful lady who also fell down on a pillow, clearly as out of it as she was. "What were they thinking, with that test? Look around you, it looks like an infirmary at the edge of a battlefield, not the waiting room for a miai."

Murato did not delay Koi as she moved to help her fellow Moth. He also did not join her in case what they spoke of was intended to be private. But he had nodded and made it clear that he was there to assist if she called on him. And so he watched from a distance, but did not stare. Simply observing that portion of the room and looking at others.

Nearly dancing off the court, Inoshishi hopes there won’t be any questions about the sparkles that shot out of her robe. No wait, that’s not right, she’d love a question about the sparks! Fireworks and talking? Doesn’t get any better. Without mushrooms, of course.

He considered for a second if it was poisoned.

Against his better judgement, he decided to assume it wasn't.

Well, that officially means we're at least somewhat on the same page.

"It's not a game I have much experience with either, but at least, as you say, it was about your ability rather than your lineage."

He glanced over at the two Moth in some concern.

"Although it's a bit sobering to see how taxing it has proven for others..."

"Hm. Tests of strength are often such," Aimi murmurs quietly, "Not only does one have all the fears and stress of public failure, but the burning of lungs and the ache of muscles. Together, such things compound upon one another."

She shakes her head. "I think... offers of reassurance would be poorly taken at this time, ne? Better to look away, and let them get their breath back."

[Susaki Tanabe]

Tanabe walked off the evaluation area with a wide smile at how well he did. Not the best certainly but he did his best and that's all anyone can ask from him.

There seemed to be a lot of people milling about and for now he relaxed a little look at the group but not engaging anyone just yet.

Yuzu looks furious. He tries to hide it, but it is just there in his often adamant and pleasant caramel eyes: Contained rage.

“Oh, of course! These are Candy Caps, so they’re a bit sweeter than most. They’re kind of like a mochi, but also a mushroom! They’re great for taking away hunger on a trip or a snack. That’s why I keep them. And plant them. They grow so well! I hope you like them too!”

She bows happily.

Emiko bit her lip, concerned for her kin.

"Can I help you back to your room at least?"

She could've hugged Emiko. As it was, Narumi couldn't even raise her gaze to look at her. Not yet. Still wheezing. She simply shakes her head, and even that hurts. Perhaps she had whiplash.
"I'll be fine, Emiko-sama," she replies hoarsely, after a moment, and presses her eyes closed in an attempt to stop the room from spinning.
It doesn't help.

Tanabe saw his struggling clanmate and moved over to them "Emiko-sama you're as like to trip on something and the both of you ending up hurt. How would that look on the yojimbo who failed to protect not only his Charge but his clanmate as well?" He asked with a bit of mirth

"In all seriousness if you need anything Narumi-san just ask. We look out for eachother."

[Kaito Oubaihime]

Kaito was there waiting for those who probably were sprained or needed a nice person to talk to relax.

Nesshin approaches the Kaito and bows.

"An impressive performance, Kaito-san!" he says. "A hard act to follow; I guess kemari's in the daily orders for your shrine?"

"Good morning Shika sama I hope Inari has blessed you today."
