To avoid time paradox: Did the mysterious package arrive at dawn, dusk, somewhen in the middle of the day?

They wanted it to go out in the early morning, when you receive it is up to you. You could've gotten it right when it was delivered, you might trip over it on your way to bed. Or anywhen in between. Totally up to you.

Did we ever figure out if the Deer healing can heal a Severely Wounded condition?
