(D13, EE) The Festival of the Lunar Moths (Special Event Obeservation)

Koi smiled warmly. "Perhaps a wish for the future? Something you really wish to have?"

The Moth genuinely loved this man in that moment, it filled her heart to her toes.

"A wish for good luck?" She smiled.

Just before Koi slips off, she'll hear Nesshin say "I don't need to wish for what I already have with you."

But he'll not hinder her reporting to the governor.

[Kaikoga Koi]

She'd smile and perhaps Nesshin would hear her whisper. "Perhaps wish for pregancy then?"

"Ah, good evening Lord Seppun-sama I hope you are well this evening." She bowed her head respectfully.

“Good evening, Kaikoga-san. I am well. This is a very good gathering. Congratulations for having pulled it. How is she doing?”

He provides a bow, while his eyes scan the scenario.

[Kaikoga Koi]

Koi smiled bowing low respectfully before rising. "I had to wrangle a few people into understanding the importance of the gesture mostly the craftsmen but they followed suit when I put myself to the grindstone to ensure it came off to a suitable standard for the city and your household patronage."

The Moth motioned towards a lantern with the Imperial mon upon it. "I have been advised that Lord Shika will be attending to finalise the festival. I have set aside an appropriate lantern for you for such a time."

"This one is very joyous today, my Lord. The festival notes towards the coming of good times, and the future ahead. I signals a bright future for us all." She said, kindly. "Or at least, I like to believe so."

"I look forward to returning to the Capital, I have arranged to return with my Daimyo's daughter my cousin Kaikoga Fujiko, she unfortunately has a terrible illness that meant she spent most of her time in her room. I shall immediately deliever your instructions and begin the process of marriage swiftly." She said warmly.

"Might I make a request, my Lord?" She asked carefully.

[Seppun Yuzu]

He takes a look at the lantern and his eyes get entrapped as he replies, "Sure. Kaikoga-san. What is this request?"

[Kaikoga Koi]

Koi smiled warmly offering the lantern if he wished to inspect it of course being careful not to touch him.

"It comes in two parts - one perhaps more...liberal than the other." She said softly.

"If I am to be wed and someone is to join my Clan would you allow me to wed with my Clan within in Palace. I find myself, no longer desiring to start work immediately and get my new home sorted. Plus, I think my Clan should have an excuse to travel once in a while since I am the first within my Clan for a few generations to recieve such a wonderful position." She said softly.

"Secondly, this is the really bold question but when we are in private inside or outside an onsen..." She smiled ruefully. "Could you call me by my first name? I am to be your ally, and support I would hope we could become friends in the end. Please, if that is to much to ask I do apologise and please forget I asked."

[Seppun Yuzu]

The young lord inspects the item while nodding positively at Koi's mention of the Shika Daimyo, and takes a deep breath when she mentions the Palace. He adds, "I am certain I wouldn't be able to get Kaikoga-san's marriage to be conducted within the Imperial Palace. Now, at my assigned estate. That could certainly be done. Beware, though, that Kaikoga-san might upset or even enrage whomever is my future wife by doing so. After all, she should be the caretaker of the estate itself –– if her duties do not take her elsewhere."

At he second request and frowns, and purses his lips. His eyes still cast on the lantern brightening the image of the chrysanthemum. "Kaikoga-san is indeed bold. To ask such a personal request in a public event."

He returns the lamp to the Moth, as it is not yet time to set it on the river. Before she could open her lips, though, Yuzu smirks. "In any case, the honorable request is granted until otherwise defined."

[Kaikoga Koi]

Koi nodded. "Thank you my Lord. I would make sure to ensure to offer any apologies or assistance to ensure that your potential spouse is not put out by it. I can be quite agreeable given time."

Koi bowed recieving the Lantern. "Thank you my Lord, I appreciate it."

"Lord Shika should be here relatively soon." She said softly, and bowed.
