Sadly, it's not always possible to keep useful technologies only to their proper uses. The human drive toward the inappropriate is very strong.
Though the Kuni do have some interesting concoctions for that.Kind of experimental. Trying to keep minds focused at the Wall. The side effects are a little ehhhh... in most cases so far. But we're still working on it!
