Call it a second chance mixer kind of thing? Sounds like an interesting idea, putting a little squeeze even on people who think they're locked in: Are you sure you don't want to look a little? Don't know what the Deer would think about that, but having their NPCs prowling around like it's all part of their plan all along sounds right to me.

Don't even need to brand it or anything, just host a big party and let it go from there.

Honestly, I feel like we've been pretty tame by the standards of some "Kyuden Shika is like Roku-Vegas" implications. But others who know 5e storyline would know better.

Real talk, a mixer of some kind could be good for people like Otomo Akimoro and Bayushi Luixian who have both missed a lot for different reasons but are still trying.
