Mitsuki should be an easy one. She has traveled all along the Sand Road, from Khanbulak to the Conqueror's Sea, and visited many places there, from the most humble tent hamlets and guard stations to the opulent cities boarding the water of life.

Ah, the locations she went to within Rokugan proper?

Eh... The eastern side of the Unicorn clan? Sometimes? Going through the Lion border to reach Kyuden Shika is definitely her further advance to the right of the (north oriented) map so far.

[Kaito Oubaihime]

Oubaihime has only visited some of the Dragon lands since her father is a Togashi. If you have been hurt in the Phoenix lands you could have been probably healed by Oubaihime. Also if you feel that you have visited the Water Dragon Temple, you have probably met Oubaihime.

[Kakita Sakura]

Sakura has mostly been in Kyuden Kakita; it’s possible she might have met Scorpion characters through her mother, who was Scorpion.

[Kitsu Murato]

Shiro sano Ken Hayai is in the far north of Lion lands. It's not far from the river that marks the border there if any otter wanted to visit there it would be possible.

[Bayushi Mitsu]

Bayushi Mitsu lives in Otosan Uchi and could have met characters of any clan in or around there. He could also easily have some connection to other Scorpion characters.

[Shiba Raizo]

Ah, I realized I didn't actually post about info myself.

Moshu is an obituary writer, as my profile notes.

While a lot of his work is in the Ikoma Libraries, his lord (one Ikoma Hide) has a habit of sending out the bards under him from the library as part of favours, diplomacy and exchanges to other clans.

As such, if anyone is looking for a morbid connection, Moshu has reason to be anywhere he's needed background wise... for a limited time.

So if someone lost a family member of great importance or in need of a good word after their passing, one of the Writers of the Fallen may have been around to help write about the samurai in their last moments.

[Agasha Inoshishi]

Inoshishi has been from Dragon lands, down the Spine of the World and through Crab lands, then back to Otosan Uchi and then to Centipede lands.

If you know any stories and were anywhere near her, she'd have tried to track you down.
