Specific rules question re: Sparrow clan technique again! Would you say the Sparrow technique, specifically the part "You may roll Performance anytime you would use the meditation skill, provided your character tells a story" could be used along with the "Mind's Edge" Kata (from PAth of Waves, pg.86)?
