If so, do we lose honour for deliberately agitating our opponent?

Second, can Well of Desire be used to reduce a TN to zero? I don't see this explicitly one way or the other?
If so, is it an automatic success? Every rolled success is a bonus success?

Water : To refuse your gift, your target must forfeit glory equal to your Water Ring. Additionally, if the gift is something that the target desires, the target also must suffer strife equal to its rarity to refuse it. I assume beauty applies to water and fire rolls against the young samurai , not against the monk bit what about the third one ?
