Is the drinking game similar in that you must stop on a fail or can one keep trying until they hit one of the two deleterious effects?

If the latter and one chooses to continue after a fail do you roll the same TN again or bounce up to the next one (since X number of drinks is X number of drinks regardless)?

Finally does Large come into play in helping soak the liquor (and thus apply the rerolls)?

You can keep going, even when you fail, as long as you don't exceed your endurance or your composure. If you fail a roll, you still bump up to the next TN.
