"Ah hai." He would note that the girl is somewhat distracted by close by movement in a bush. "Shhhhh... I think I see something in the bushes."

The Kitsu nodded, following Oubaihime's lead. He crouched, minimizing his personal noise and waiting for the order to move.

[Kaito Oubaihime]

As a small bunny came to view. "Oh my... Kitsu sama" She whispered. "It is so cute..." The Kaito move slowly to the small animal. It was almost in reach and s thunder scared it away. The Kaito gasped.

Instinctively when the thunder rang out, Moshu moved to protect Oubaihime. He wasn't sure why - loud noises were simply loud noises, after all, but instincts were instincts were instincts.

He did have to admit the Rabbit was indeed cute, but it was their prey.

...Maybe.

...He wasn't sure how Oubaihime's form of hunting worked quite yet. However, he did see where the rabbit started to go.

"I think it went this way, Kaito-san. We might be able to get it if we can prove we can protect it or somesuch."

The Kaito nodded and tried to follow the small hare. The mud wasn't helping much specially for this clumsy girl. The girl slipped on one of the puddles.

Fortunately for Moshumaru (and perhaps Murato-san), Moshumaru had dressed for hunting and had reflexes like a predator. Seeing the Kaito start to fall he quickly stepped into position, giving himself enough time to brace and catch the Kaito before she fell any meaningful distance.

"Are you alright, Kaito-san?"

The Kitsu looked back to the trail, the Kaito still in his arms. His grip was loose enough that, if she wanted to, she could leave at any time, but secure enough she could remain.

"It seems like it might be easier to hunt them when the weather is less humid, at least. Still, it could have been worse - you might have sprained an ankle or somesuch."

He looks her over, looking for signs of injuries.

"There are probably more rabbits we can find, if you want me to try leading?"

The Kaito left the arms of the Kitsu realizing that she was still in his arms. "Ah... arigatou... I... I... I am fine... Kikikikitsu sama." Oubaihime was nervous that she might have lost that focus that the Scorpion had told her to keep. "Anooo You you are right..."She couldn't look at him. "Perhaps some other time."
