"A pauper's reward, to be sure," the self-depreciating humour is there, to be sure, but she has soothed a bit.
She puts a slender hand out from under the umbrella- away from him, mind you- to feel the pattering of rain on her hand.
"I just needed to be away from everyone for a while..."

"...I can understand that well", he said and rested his umbrella on his shoulder. "If i was able to be of use these past moments, it's been an honor." He bowed to the woman and started to withdraw.

"Don't catch a cold in summer, you'll never hear the end of it from me."

Noting the movement, Narumi gave a deep nod before she tipped her umbrella back down, hiding her features once again.
"I'll keep your words in mind, Scorpion-san."
