Koi took the day hard after the event and even after spending sometime alone in her room she still felt tense. So, she decided she needed an escape the best way she could and that was by doing some wood working.
Today was a miserable day, and she didn't really fancy doing much unless someone wanted to talk with her. So, the Koi found a spot under shelter at the temple and placed down her blanket she uses to collect any mess that she made but had a small little mound around the boarder so it didnt lie flat (kami knows she did not want to upset a temple maiden) and that woulf catch any stray saw dust escaping.
Once she was sure that her little spot was good, she sat down and pulled out the deer she had been working on. It had gotten pretty good so far, it looked nice but needed a lot more time and effort before she was able to present it as a gift.
And so Koi threw herself into carving and woodworking lost to her own devises, but approachable if folks want.
