Mitsuki stopped by the temple.

Not really out of devotion. Simply, she wanted to make the best out of the long time she had spent dressing up in her hat costume that wasn't practical for anything but for being shown. And since the Kaito had suggested yesterday that the temple was very dear to the Deer, she might as well get brownie points by being seen visiting it.

She actually liked the fact the temple was built around a natural element. That was the type of shrines she was used to, even if hers were less flowery. If anything she would have liked it to be even more prominent instead of imprisoned within a man-made construction.

She knelt on the ground a few steps away from the tree and gazed at it, lost in thoughts, her eyes intuitively following the course of the branches, looking for things she wouldn't know she was looking for until after finding them.
