The rain falling softly on the roof aided in the meditation. The Kaito simply breathes as she had showed Hiroto the other day. The young priestess took in all the things she had done this day and her heart was heavy. Perhaps she was a little harsh on the Lion, and Raizo had some points. The girl shook her head. The idea of violence against a lord couldn't be part of her thoughts.

The girl stood up and started to walk toward the tree. She stood there staring as the water trickled down her cheek. This rain was cleansing yet sad.

Feeling refreshed, Edogawa opened his eyes. Seeing her staring at the tree, he stood and approached Oubaihime.

"Are you alright, Kaito-san?"

"Life is ephemeral, Kitsuki san... just a passing petal in the breeze." The Kaito looked at the spear. "A battle ensues inside every samurai." She looks at the knots. "Only the strong strands keep the samuraii together. It has been a tough day..." She looked at the heaven. "I will survive."

"You do not need to do so by yourself." he said. "If I can help you in any way, I would like to."

"I just needed some distance. Ebisu's blessing helps." She nodded. "The company is welcomed." The Kaito smiled. "We found Ame kun."

"Oh? What happened?"

"They were interesting. They reminded me of home." The Kaito smiled. "Like this place does but different."

"In what way?" he asked. "If you don't mind telling me."

"They sang a song that is known by those worshipers of water. They are quite friendly." Bai smiled. "I may have found a new friend."

"Someone as kind as you has likely made several friends here." he smiled. "Ame kun sounds like a good friend, though."
