There was a moment of surprise as her feet left the earth, and then joy. Landing knocked the air, and laughter, from her for just a moment as their eyes meet. That's where time stopped meaning anything for her; drowning, and oddly happy about it, in his eyes. Thankfully, Tanabe was the one in a position to kickstart time again, and she smiles as he pulls her to her feet, taking a moment longer than needed to release his hand.
She returns his bow. "Likewise Tanabe-san," she at least tries to be a bit formal. "You'd have place higher if you hadn't trained me so well, after all."
