A Brutal Honesty by Shika Namika
Yasuki Koetsu is a matchmaker who has turned jaded and cynical over the years. When given charge of a new matchmaker, Yasuki Utako, to train, he instead foists off all of his most difficult negotiations upon her. Rather than failing miserably, Yasuki Utako rises to the occasion, deftly negotiations marriages that seemed impossible to Yasuki Koetsu, while also winning his heart.
