[Kitsu Murato]

"Mm, excellent composure, not a hint of stammering," Aimi notes with a sly smile, "Though are you quite certain about the claim of capability? Why, last time we met you told me you would struggle to lift anything more than a single piece of paper. Perhaps you might like to go and lie down, rather than exerting yourself with the play?"

"Some capabilities are more mental than physical. I bet you don't know many other people that can tell ghost stories... from the perspective of the ghosts they've met."

He smiles, "Sure, it may have taken me several years to walk here from home, but now I can make a poor and inaccurate estimate of how many steps it took. I'm always learning unique things."

The only thing that might be brighter than the theatre is the always bright and cheerful Otter! Emiko made her arrival with a smile, looking forward to the next performance.

A familiar face, for better or worse, showed itself.

"Usogawa-san, it is good to see you again. Have you kept well?"

[Matsu Ishioka]

A tall bushi in an almost shiny, copper-colored kimono with Matsu family mons showing on both lapels had decided to attend this performance. Curiosity had won out over the reservations he had from the previous night's offering.

The Lion's face seems exceptionally impassive, even for a stoic samurai. He is, almost certainly, the Stone Matsu who some have mentioned.

Eh, fuck it, can't be any weirder than yesterday's.

And Raizo still wasn't used to what amounted to a great deal of free time, either.

The Lion's face seems exceptionally impassive, even for a stoic samurai. He is, almost certainly, the Stone Matsu who some have mentioned.

The pretty Kitsuki entered. Momentarily at a loss as to where to turn, he thought he saw Raizo through the crowd of conversing people, then caught sight of the Matsu.

He found himself drawing a little nearer, just the smallest amount of subconscious preening taking place, then slowed to a halt.

Wait...dreamy, check. Stoic, check. Matsu, check. Fuck. It's Agasha-san's date!

Caught mid-approach, the Kitsuki began to fade back into the background. Hopefully no one noticed.

[Susaki Tanabe]

As he was the night before so again was the yojimbo here on a strange mixture of duty Watchung his charge but also part of the miai. He watched those that approached Emiko with a critical eye should they step afoul of what he considered proper behavior he would be there to step in. Not that such had been an issue here at the miai but never the less it never hurt to be vigilant.

The pretty Kitsuki entered. Momentarily at a loss as to where to turn, he thought he saw Raizo through the crowd of conversing people, then caught sight of the Matsu.

Or could be presumed to have noticed, as at least one of his brown eyes had caught the start to a preen. His reaction was imperceptible, as he simply rotated his eyes back away from the Kitsuki after a long moment, but the Dragon could feel confident: He'd been noticed.

Hajime's eyes lit on the giant minor clan samurai, and like a flash he was bowing and introducing himself. "Good evening, Otter-san. This one is Kitsuki Hajime, of Kitsuki Shunsuke's court. Are you...an aficionado of the theater?"

[Nekoma Jae]

"Right," Nesshin says, nodding. "The troupes! I'd heard about them, though I've not seen any of your Clan's work that I recall. I think some performed here once while I was out in the forests."

He huffs a breath out through his nose. "What would you recommend I see, if I get the chance to choose?"

"Mhm... lets see, A Bird In Winter's Flight is a very nice story, a drama with a bit of tragedy, romance; it's a Crane samurai's dealing with falling in love during his time at Winter Court , but there's jealousy, political intrigue, threats of dueling. If you'd like something more martial-focused and less court focused, Sunrise of Thunder Pass is a small group holding a pass against a much larger army. A lot of time was taken to make the 'combat' on stage impressive for the audience."

[Asahina Soyokaze]

Soyokaze was much more punctual for tonight's play and looked rather invigorated compared to the deathly pallor he had exhibited in the morning. Dressed in a rather simple kimono of blue, white and grey he bowed upon entering to those already present and quickly made his way to an out of the way bit of wall where he could watch the comings and goings of the other patrons.
