Under the cover of one of the garden's roofed areas, the Kitsu sat in silence. Having sincerely thanked the young peers for their gift, he reflected on the kindness he had been shown - and the question in his heart which is why.
Slowing his breathing, he returned to his inner shrine and simply sat in silence, letting the rainwater silence the world around him.
