As he walks around, this time he stumbles upon the Sparrow, for a change, who was standing there and looking at the different plants in the garden, thoughtfully. As he sees the Seppun, he bows low, as usual.

"Konnichiwa, Seppun-sama! A beautiful day as the festival nears its end, ne? I hope the day finds you well?"

Stumble is not something Yuzu would physically do, if one goes literally into the meaning of the word. The Imperial actually stops moments prior to avoid any physical contact and takes a tiny jump back.
