Kyuden Shika

"Hai..." She smiled as she picked up her things as well. "Are you lookin for something special for a special someone?" The Kaito giggled.

The Kitsu nodded in a positive.

"I am - my only question is I'm not sure what to get. Our relationship has had little in the way of gift giving - it has been emotional, personal and raw. I admit, I am at a loss as to what to get."

"Hmmm... maybe get some materials for your craft. You paint, right?" She wasn't very sure about it perhaps the brushes in his room where for writing.

"Mostly I write, but I could try painting."

The Kitsu shrugged, willing to try anything.

"If you are willing to try it, let get ourselves some materials. I too am interested in such things." She nodded. "Perhaps we find some hidden talent that we never thought we had." The Kaito giggled.

The Kitsu bowed and let her lead.

"I would be in your debt, Kaito-san. I know it would be much to ask, but if we have time would you like to bear witness to my hidden talent or lack thereof? It would be the least I could offer you, if you have the time."

"I would be honored Kitsu sama." She bowed. "I think you may be surprized... pleasantly." She showed him the way. "Shika san was a good guide to this one."

The Kitsu nodded, following her through the markets.

"I assume you mean Shika Nesshin-san? I hear he's been trying to be appointed as a magistrate."

"Hai... He is..." And spit in her stomach made her sink. "I am helping him... he was punished because of me..." The Kaito sighed.

The Kitsu had vaguely heard the rumours.

"Katsuteru-sama is many things, but duly unfair is not one of them. I doubt Nesshin-san will be punished beyond what he is due, even if you are the cause."

Seeing as it wasn't a great topic, he swiftly moved on.

"So, what will we need first?"
