Bayushi Mitsu wandered through the marketplace perusing the wares and taking a chance to discuss the miai with the artisans, merchants, and fellow samurai. He had a spring in his step under the rain - under his umbrella - dressed in a dark grey and mauve that suited the day well.

Bayushi wasn't having a lot of luck finding any
interesting information, but with a little luck he might be able to figure out how to best redirect his efforts. And perhaps find a nice bottle of sake for a gift!
