Kyuden Shika

Nesshin takes care of a little bit of shopping, stopping near an oil-seller, almost as if expecting someone...

The Kaito wearing her typical white kimono and red hakama. She walked with her umbrella at hand covering her from the rain. "Shika sama!" The girl greeted the man.

Nesshin turns to see her, bows in the rain, and smiles.

"Kaito-san!" he says. "You are a ray of sunshine on this stormy day!"

"Want to share an umbrella or did you brought one of your own?" She wondered.

"I did not, as it happens," Nesshin says, and his wet clothing shows the truth of it. It doesn't seem to bother him much, if at all--but he is an outdoorsman, so he's almost certainly been out in worse than this more than once. "Though I'm surprised a devotee of the Water Dragon'd use one. Not complaining or arguing, mind, just surprised."

"I know people think that this one is being disrespectful to the water kami but pay tribute to my friends in other ways." She smiled offering him to get close to her."Please join me."

"Disrespectful? You? No," Nesshin shakes his head--but he does crowd under the umbrella with her, murmuring "Let me," and trying to take it to hold it for them both. He does not complain of her closeness, certainly; rather the opposite would be true, actually. And he says "I know better than to think that of you. But it does seem you'd delight in the moisture, the feeling of the spray on you. I but wondered, is all."

The Phoenix girl chuckled. "Besides there is plenty of time to play in the rain." Oubaihime placed her hands in her kimono. "So where should we go first?"

"You'd said you wanted a book, yes?" Nesshin replies. "If so, we'll go that way," and he gestures with his chin in one direction. "But for oils," he turns his head another, "there. I've gotten my shopping out of the way for the moment, so this is all for you."

"Hai... let's go for the book then and then the oil. Oh I might need more bottles." She sighed.
