Moshumaru never planned to drink away his senses - after watching the Asahina go through sake like he went through Crane lands that one time (not a pleasant thought), he decided it was not in his best interest to partake in such a competition.
So, as a dedicated sober man for the evening, he decided to enjoy watching the event before he had to help lead people back home.

Mitsuki might have been paler or redder than usual under her makeup, but one would require X-ray vision to ascertain that fact. Her behavior reeked of drunkenness however.

Koi had been in the Sake House since earlier in the day, and was already several bottles of sake down. Her head was light from the potent sake, and she seemed to find the situation entirely entertaining but she was going to be struck down by an Oni before she entered a competition (mostly because she was poor.) Still, she drunk and was drunk and she no longer cared about the world.
