Yasuki Jin has assembled a large amount of sake and has placed the Lucky Pot in the center of the table.

He was looking forward to this, though unbeknownst to him, someone was going to win the pot tonight...and it wasn't going to be him.

If his early exit from competition bothered him, Raizo didn't show it... he just took up a spot on the periphery to watch the rest of the festivities.

Soyokaze hadn't come to compete, his head still ached from last night, but this had to be fun to watch right?

"You bastards are drinking like I did! Pitiful!"

Raizo was plainly amused.

Bo, the vast amount of booze having managed to seep somewhat into his thick skull, slaps Raizo on the back as he joins the other observers.

The impact didn't stagger the Phoenix, his somewhat impaired coordination counterbalanced by considerable staying power, and he grinned up at the big Crane..

"Ah, you know how it is, Asahina-san, wouldn't do to keep throwing my stipend into a pot just for the privilege of ending up facedown on the floor, hm?"

Moshumaru never planned to drink away his senses - after watching the Asahina go through sake like he went through Crane lands that one time (not a pleasant thought), he decided it was not in his best interest to partake in such a competition.

So, as a dedicated sober man for the evening, he decided to enjoy watching the event before he had to help lead people back home.

"One black tea, please."

Mitsuki might have been paler or redder than usual under her makeup, but one would require X-ray vision to ascertain that fact. Her behavior reeked of drunkenness however.

"Lots of shinnies in the pot. Watch out for birds. Last time I saw so much in the open, a crow came in and took them all. No idea what they did with it, maybe donate them to a temple. Crows and monks are bird of a feather."

Koi had been in the Sake House since earlier in the day, and was already several bottles of sake down. Her head was light from the potent sake, and she seemed to find the situation entirely entertaining but she was going to be struck down by an Oni before she entered a competition (mostly because she was poor.) Still, she drunk and was drunk and she no longer cared about the world.

Even in his present state, Raizo was prone to worry about his friends.

Especially the ones who seemed to be trying to drink themselves into oblivion.
