Nesshin rubs the tip of his nose.

"No reason we can't practice, be at our best for them," he offers.

She puts a finger to his lips, "Every reason not to practice, is being at our best for them, neh?" Finger lowered, Narumi baps the tip of Nesshin's nose before sitting back once more.
"Put the bottle on Yasuki Jin's tab. He'll love that... I should, um, stumble back to my room and leave you... Continuing my streak of being a massive disappointment wherever I go!" she laughs at that, but it doesn't seem to bother her too much.

Nesshin's tongue touches the finger on his lips briefly before she withdraws it.

"Ah, well," he says, "not the answer I'd like most, but it's yours to give." He nods. "Still, a person can't expect to win every time."

He smiles. "Will you at least stay to finish the bottle with me? As friends?"

She considers for a moment. "I guess that's an offer I can take you up on. Can't leave good sake behind, after all." Besides, Narumi could always stand to get a little more drunk, all the better for the following dramatic scene!

Nesshin smiles and pours again.

"To friendship," he says, "and its magic."
