"True enough."

Seeing as she had her own bottle, Moshu switched to drinking straight from his.

"I imagine you must have seen most of Kyuden Shika by this point - what do you make of it?"

"It's a Kyuden. Fortified well enough but it has its flaws. Especially in regards to guard movements. Plenty of places for people to hide and fuck around. Plenty of places for the matchmakers to listen in." Her explanation was blunt and mildly critical.

"No. With the amount of nakodo swarming around it would've been stupid to. Significantly heightens your chance to run into one of them. Getting around the place quicker wasn't worth that. Though the lack of privacy here is worse than at Kyuden Bayushi." She grumbled in a mildly annoyed tone before taking another long sip.

"Ain't that the truth."

The mourner sipped.

"I should head for the evening - I have some interclan diplomacy to tend to. Good luck with the rest of the miai."

With that he bowed, and took to leave. He could be stopped easily enough without violence, but if he wasn't required he would disappear into the night.
