(D0, LE) Should I Stay Or Should I Go (Open)

The House of Night's Promise was very opulent and discretely furnished with many carpets and tapestries both highlighting the beauty of the space and cutting down the noise of the house. In the main chamber, the lady of the house was waiting for the new visitors.

"Greetings noble-samurai-sama." she offered respectfully. "How many our noble house best serve you on this day?"

Emiko's humming melts another chunk of his bad mood, and the perfume left as she passes ahead manages to trick his mind to focus elsewhere.

It takes a good moment for Yuzu's senses to return back to him as he receives a slapping new aroma and environment after entering the premises. He inflates his chest with a lot of air, and takes a step forward, "Greetings."

A tour. The house specialty. Yuzu stops for a long moment with his finger up, wondering what he should actually request.

Emiko immediately knew what the place was when the woman spoke. It took literally 5 seconds. The Otter knew Geisha well.

Oh kami I'm taking an Imperial to a Geisha house!

"Good evening!" The woman bowed "we have recently arrived in your wonderful city and noticed your fine house, so wished to come visit and relax. What would you recommend?"

"That!" He says, lowering finger and providing a short, tiny, bow.

[Rakue]

The madam bowed low again.

"Of course. Our house is best known for our skilled conversationalists; our members are well-versed in a variety of topics from the factual to the fantastical. However, if you would perhaps prefer a night of music, we have those who are familiar with the shamisen, and other instruments." she explained.

She glanced between the two.

"Or if you would simply care for a private sharing of sake, that too can be arranged. However samurai-sama would care to relax, we will endeavor to make it happen."

Emiko knew what she would prefer; being a lover of the performing arts. However, it was not just her decision, and she turned to the man and smiled.

"Which would you prefer?"

[Seppun Yuzu]

“Eto.” Yuzu calculates for a moment, reminding of the geisha he saw at the Imperial Palace always covered with mystery as they walked by. He had never actually understood what they did.

Music sounds pleasant. Tea, as well. Why not a single drink to celebrate. Perhaps a good pointer or two to break the ice. Someone to teach them local game would be interesting.

He presses lips and returns the courtesy, “Usogawa-san would honor me to show her father’s wisdom applied.”

Emiko looked thoughtful, before speaking.

"I think tea and music would be a lovely way to spend the first night, ne?"

"Sounds adequate. Hai." He mentions, looking at the matron of the house to see what's next.

[Rakue]

Rakue bows deeply now that the choice is made.

"Of course, please follow me if you would, samurai-sama." she offers, leading the pair to a private room decorated with a plum motif. Large comfortable pillows are arranged in an intimate, yet not too intimate fashion.

"Plum-san will be with you shortly with your tea. Please, be seated, and allow the house to carry away your worries if but for an evening." she offers with another deep bow, before leaving the pair.
