A soft cursing sound can be heard from the kitchen before Bo emerges with a large plate of noodles dressed with simple soy sauce. He had wanted to make something fancier but in a moment of distraction the sauce he had been preparing had burnt and he was left having to go the simple route.

It was palatable if not properly impressive or representative of where he thought his skills were at. Still he brought the meal into the common area in case anyone wished to partake.

Good food makes good company they say but hopefully adequate food will suffice.

The Kaito sense of smell was one well trained. She wandered into the common area and noted the other Asahina that she had met. "Ah Crane sama, I see you want to bless people with Inari's." The young lady smiled.

It took Bo's mind a second to translate what she had said before he smiles and nods.

"Oh, right, yes Kaito-san! Please have some if you're hungry. It didn't quite work out the way I wanted but it's still good enough to eat."

Oubaihime took a plate and smile. "Not bad... I guess with a bit of ginger it could spice it up." She advised. "How are you doing? I mean have you made many friends, Crane sama?"

"Uh... yeah... there was supposed to be a sauce." He seems a little crestfallen for a moment, "But, yeah, I've met some nice folks. How about you Kaito-san?"

"I have met a few... I have met your cousin Asahina Soyokaze sama. He is really nice." The girl smiled at the thought. "There are so many other people around I am yet to meet."

"Oh I haven't met him yet. Glad to hear he's nice." He nods to the second part, "Yeah I wasn't really expectin' so many folk at a minor clan miai. But it's good to meet a lot of folk I wouldn't otherwise."

"That is nice." She took another bite. "I probably wouldn't have traveled so far south either. I guess for you is north."

"Yeah I spent some time in Doji and Daidoji lands when I was trainin' but since then I've been back south. This is the first time I've been out of Crane lands though. "

"I travel to Dragon lands but they are part of my family and well I go there every summer learning and getting some rare herbs." The Kaito nodded. "This place should be somewhat exciting then."
