The Kitsu stood himself, dusting himself off as he did.

"It won't be easy - matters of the heart never are. But if you find yourself struggling to move away, then wiggle your left toe first - start with something small, like memorizing your bride's favourite dinner and learning to cook it."

"I will try my best to stay out of the way then. Hopefully I can leave for...home...before nightfall. Thank you Kitsu Moshumaru, go be with you beloved and congratulations to both of you. May the Heavens bless you both."

"You too, Asahina Soyokaze."

With that, he bowed to take his leave. As he did... nothing odd happened. He just, well, left.
