The prompting received athe desired kiss on the forehead... and then two more. "The cat stayed by the bird's side until they could fly once more, tending the broken wings as best it could."

"It would be a sad day when these two had to part ways but the winter was approaching and the bird had to fly south." She nuzzled her head on his chest.

"But how would a healing wing carry the bird south? The cat offered to carry the bird as long as needed. Longer if wanted."

He breathed in the scent of flowers from her hair and held her tight.

The Priestess smiled. "The bird didn't want to burden the cat with such travel but the company was enjoyed by the two."

[Kitsu Murato]

"The cat traveled happily to wherever the bird led. The destination did not matter because the cat already found it's home." Murato kissed the top of Bai's head.

[Kaito Oubaihime]

"The bird wanted to fly but the wing was still broken, it wanted to show the cat the beauty of the sky." The Kaito looked up.

[Kitsu Murato]

"The bird wanted it so much that the cat asked if it should become a bird, so they could share the sky together." Mura looked down and stared into her eyes, still a yellow orange hue.

[Kaito Oubaihime]

"The bird looked at the cat and was adamant to ask but the bird missed the sky." Her grip on the Kitsu was firm and yet gentle.

[Kitsu Murato]

"The cat offered again, freely, knowing what it would mean, but wanting to do so for the bird." His own hold on Bai shifted, his hand moving to the back of her neck as he moved to rest his lips on her shoulder.

[Kaito Oubaihime]

"The bird looked at the sky and nodded to the cat." The Kaito found confort in his warm arms as she continued to nuzzled in his chest.
