"Oh? Of course!" His large head nods emphatically, "Can't say I usually have much need of nothing but thank you."

"I understand that; Otter have need for very little as well, living on the river, often taking our home with us wherever we go- it benefits us not to be bogged down by having too much, less the weight of what we carry create lag on the water," she nodded in return, before having a sip of tea.

[Asahina Bo]

He seems perplexed for a moment before nodding, "Oh, uh, yeah that too. But I meant I mostly just keep my head down and do my job. Never find myself needin' much in helpin' with that."

[Usogawa Narumi]

"And what does Asahina-san's day-to-day look like? This one has always been curious about Crane goings-on," she watches the mountain intently over the lip of her cup.

"Uh, not much. Wake up, get some food, find out where Asahina-sama needs me to stand, stand there, go get some food, go to bed."

[Usogawa Narumi]

"Oh so you are a guard! What a most important duty. You must see some incredibly important goings-on?" she leaned forward in interest.

Bo puffs up a little with pride, "Yep! Well, I mean I'm a guard. Um not sure about important things. Asahina-sama usually has me at the main gates. So I guess I would see anyone important... but, um, I might not know they were important."

"Ah but you get to know who comes and goes? Perhaps there are patterns one might notice..."

He scratches his head, "I mean people come in the morning mostly and leave near dusk."

Her brow furrowed... just a little, as her thoughts seemed to slow down.
