Kyuden Shika

She'd secured them a table and now she waited. Cup of Okichi cooling in her hands, Narumi's gaze was constantly flicking to the door of the tea house. Her hair was braided tightly against the rain and held to one side, resting over a shoulder. Her kimono is the colour of sand, with green and blue accents.
She taps a nail on the table nervously. While she wasn't so overcome with reactions around Bo any longer, he still had a way of turning her into an awkward, lovestruck mess. Not that she minded at all. In fact, she looked forward to it.

Bo's arrival was hard to miss. The large frame contorting itself to fit through the door, the disruption in the room as it carefully made its way towards the table while doing its best not to bump or otherwise disturb staff and patrons, and finally the big blue lug itself smiling down at her.

"Hey!"

Well, she tried her best to remain calm... Whether or not it actually showed was up for debate. She blushed at the sight of the mountain Crane.
"Hey, yourself! Please, sit, get comfortable. Tea?" she motioned a server over. "How's your day been so far? Thanks for coming!"

The mountain gently avalanches into a sitting position and looks to one of the servers, "Um... guess I'll try a Yuri this time."

"So far so good." He smiles, "Never been the best at archery but I think I did good enough. How about you?"

Her chest closed up with emotion at the sight of his smile, which she returns quickly before clearing her throat to speak.
"Oh that's good! Me? Uh, it went well! I think. My father taught me a bit about archery, but I haven't practiced since I was a child."

"I'm glad ta hear it! My parents didn't know about such things or really approve of them."

"Yeah. He didn't get to teach me much thought. My parents, well, I lost them when I was young."
She gives a thoughtful smile and then has a sip of her tea while the server returns with Bo's order.

A look of compassionate sorrow fills the big man, "Oh, I am so sorry ta hear that."

"Oh, thank you, but it's alright." she dipped her head. His look of concern struck right through her.
She presses her lips together in thought. "Tell me about your family? You care for your mom deeply, I caught that much," she lights up with a smile.

"Umm... ma's a priestess and an artist like I said. Da's much the same, to be honest, both uh... very Asahina I guess you'd say."
