"Reporting, Lord Shika," Nesshin says. "Concerns about possible theft and guest safety were brought to attention, and we moved to investigate and interdict. Results range into spiritual matters with which this one is not conversant but which which these are, and it was determined that escort would be advisable.

"Kaikoga-san will be able to offer more details, with information from Kitsu-san," Nesshin adds, as his player remains phone-posting.

Koi would be strictly polite throughout the entirety of the conversation but detacted to some extent and perhaps her natural charm those that knew her intimately would know that she has dipped potentially somewhere darker into herself.

"Yes Lord Shika." Koi said calmly.

"I have been doing guided since my arrival in your great city since upon my arrival, after speaking with a denizen within city I gained some insight about some more of the spiritual aspects of the city." She explained, and slowly began to explain tell her tale she has said previously to the other bushi in the room. She explained about receiving visions from the temple and the nature of them going into as much detail as she could though she doesn't immediately explain the second including the Unicorn and the Seppun.

She explained that she has been advised that the realms within the city and spiritual are rather thin due to the connection of Akemi Forest and the resting place of Musubi in the temple.

"I recieved a second vision recently regarding a conversation involving Seppun Unsei and Utaku Miku.." Koi explained the vision and clearly stated that she was in the temple at the time, and was nowhere near them at the time nor has she encountered the Utaku until the following morning.

"Upon hearing stories of the painting changing I investigated the painting with the assistance of Kuni Yasu, Susaki Tanabe, Utaku Miku and my Lord's daughter Kaikoga Fujiko. We discovered through our various abilities that the painting alluded to being a fraud but was placed in a position to appear as if something supernatural has appeared in that corridor." She said recalling her memories. "I have discovered that the painting itself is a very good attempt at being the original but minor errors in the technique, the bushstrokes, the flowers petals not matching and as a whole would look good until it was closely inspected."

Koi reached into her sleeve and produced a small glass vial containing the petal that was found outside the painting. "It was revealed this petal was a close match to the flowers represented in the painting but again did not match. The flowers used in the hallway are similar breeds but can only be found within the distinct area of this castle. No breeze would blow them in, they needed to be transported by someone else."

Koi placed the extact plant beside the vial. "Similar but not the same it was revealed by Kuni Yasu that the flowers were bored by the individual who brought the painting and the flower. Which lead me to commune with the kami regarding the nature of the painting to find out that it was created by Shika Muneyaki."

Koi seemed to tighten in the shoulders as she spoke but she continued. "Upon approaching the guard in the hall that morning - Shika Genkai who replaced Muneyaki-san. Shika Muneyaki had taken over duty for a guard known as Shika Matsusuke who went to aid his fiancée to what Genkai alluded to being in a romantic nature by innuendo tone of his voice. It also appeared to have fallen beyond Genkai-san attention that the painting had changed at all, as he was surprised when I spoke with him about it."

Koi motioned towards Shika Neeshin, and said softly. "We are awaiting for Muneyaki-san's rotation to speak with him about the matter of the painting as he left that morning for a rotation in the Akemi forest."

Koi chewed on her lip. "I am still concerned about Seppun Unsei-sama, something ties them to that painting in a way that I am not sure about. It worries me, as twice my visions alluded to them being involved in them." She placed a report in front of her. "I have taken the liberty to place all my notes and findings so far in here for you."

Taking a deep breath, she said. "In addition, last night my room and Kitsu Murato room were broken into and our property was stolen." She said. "Kitsu-sama, Shika-sama and myself were aiding me with a small bout of research into Yume-do within the city, we were investigating a potential hunch of mine about something happening in the night - I was concerned that just in case the stories of the Scorpion in the painting were true and just wanted to ensure someone was prepared for that potentiality and could raise the alarm should anything happen."

She said hiding the bitterness inside her softly. "Our investigation lead to nothing more than disturbing Kitsu Tsugumasa sleep because I genuinely thought they were endanger. We returned to our rooms, and our clothing was stolen." She would finalising describing the vision she had, and the conversation with the Kami much to her own growing embarrassment.

Renji listened thoughtfully as the Moth summed up her adventures in Kyuden Shika thus far (at least the one's relevant to her visit to him).

"Hmmm, that is quite the report< aikoga-san. While there are elements that I wish to address about it, the one I wish to address first is your stolen property. What exactly was stolen?" he asked, concerned about his guests' well-being.

"Shika Renji-sama, my clothing was stolen as well, nothing else. Though it's more an inconvenience than anything important to me. It will be easy to recognize because all of my clothing is basically identical," he explains. "Looks just like what I'm wearing now."

Nesshin has little to add at this juncture, though he hopes his involvement will speak to his magisterial aspirations...and, given his roll here, https://sakkaku.org/rolls/947, in which he uses an opportunity to defuse strife, it seems he advances his agenda by a point.

Renji nodded.

"I am sorry for the inconvenience that you have suffered while staying as our guests." he says with an apologetic tone. "It's likely that your belongings will be recovered, but we will certainly have outfits sent to your rooms while you await that."

"I feel you all acted quite well in this case. While it's true that the investigation turned up nothing, you were thinking of the safety of others, and the honor of the Deer. I will be sure to inform others of your noble actions."

Koi bowed her head respectfully, and would look to the others awaiting to see if wanted to say anything. "Thank you Lord Shika, you honour me deeply."
