Hikimasu was outside getting his calm in order. He saw Emiko still inside, walking out. Maybe he should say hello, or apologize for almost bumping her earlier, or maybe she wanted to be alone, or maybe he should take care of himself first

Or maybe he should really stop staring while he thinks about it.

Emiko could feel a staring on her, and looked to her side to see who it was.

"Oh, Shosuro-san!" Emiko said, making her smile bigger and bowing "I hope you are well?"

"Goodmorning, i hope you've had rice", he managed. "Matters are settled with the nakodo, somehow", he said. "And you?" He peered at her sidelong.

"Not for everyone, I think." he groused.

Oubaihime shook her head. "Memory is not my strong suit... but I just try my best and hope that it is enough." The girl tilted her head and smile. "You tried your best, right?"

"Of course...but" he started before looking somewhat defeated.

"It's....hard to tell a story, when you only know half of it, ne?" he offered, not really wanting to go into his lineage here in the hallway.

Oh fortunes, so up close, with Fujiko stuck between the wall and the pretty lady, she really was pretty tall, wasn't she? And, well, pretty pretty, too. It took Fujiko all of her willpower not too look even more respectfully than before.

"Ah, erm, um... Kaikoga. Kaikoga Fujiko. From the moth, yes." She gulped. "And who are you," she paused for a moment too. "Pretty lady-san?"

On the plus side, Fujiko was mortified enough to forget all about her declining health.

"Of course...but" he started before looking somewhat defeated.

"It's....hard to tell a story, when you only know half of it, ne?" he offered, not really wanting to go into his lineage here in the hallway.

"That is the spirit. At least you remembered half your story... I barely was able to recall any of mine. But I did my best and that is good for me and should suffice to you." She nodded. "Hai!"

"Ah, I don't think I was all that impressive. I'm really bad at history" she admitted a little embarrassed "plus although I knew my grandmother, nobody ever really talked about ancestors, and the Otter is only 40 years old."

"No... perhaps for some knowing the lineage is important and remembering them in this..." She looked around. "Scenario is not quite the best but you know who you are and how you got here. Isn't that important as well, knowing who you are and where you came from."
