How did it go?

I am badly out of practice, and I am tired, as well as sore from overdoing it at the gym last night, but it went well.

It went well, indeed.

"So," Nesshin says after draining his drink, "the end of the miai approaches."

Nesshin feasts.

The dumplings are, in fact, tasty.

I am wrung out after my first day of teaching again, but I live!

"Every day is a good day for training," Nesshin replies, "and I'd be pleased to join you, if you'd have me."

Nesshin, taking laps outside, happens upon him. "Seppun-chiji," he calls out, not wishing to appear as if sneaking up on the rather touchy, jumpy Imperial. "Trying to find the sound of one hand clapping?" he adds, jogging up. "I'd hate to hear two, as seems to be coming." ~~~~~ Agenda roll so I don'...

"Think he'll drive the point home, then?" Nesshin puts in, his player able to pay a little bit of attention at the moment.

"May we all find as much as we need, and more than we deserve!"

He lifts his cup in return.

She'd smile and perhaps Nesshin would hear her whisper. "Perhaps wish for pregancy then?" Nesshin does hear it, indeed, and, as Koi goes off to talk to the Seppun, he murmurs "Or to keep the Deer safe when I am gone." It is of no avail, however, his words vanishing into the broader conversation... ...

"No, Shika-jodai!"

Nesshin snaps a bow and makes his /exit.
